As a consultant listed with BAFA, I also support existing businesses. Topics include improving processes, clarifying market positioning and preparing for growth or change.
I help you explore funding options from IB and SAB, from selecting suitable programmes and assembling documents to preparing the application.

My studies in nursing services management and quality management shaped my understanding of organisation, quality and business relationships. I know how important clear responsibilities and effective processes are in daily work.
As a lecturer, I explain knowledge clearly and connect it to practical work. In consulting, I also want you to understand your plan and implement the steps we develop independently.
