I am Claudia Franke, a business consultant and coach based in Halle (Saale). I support women in starting a business, applying for jobs and making career changes. Coaching takes place online and is available throughout Germany.
Women supporting women means personal support from woman to woman. We look at your strengths, your circumstances and what you want to change. You choose your goal.

Do you organise family life, carry responsibility on your own or struggle to find time for yourself between work and other commitments? Coaching also considers what is possible in your real daily life. With or without children, your career goals deserve space.

Via Zoom or Teams.
You take part online via Zoom or Microsoft Teams, by arrangement. You can speak with me from home without travelling. Before the first appointment, we clarify the equipment you need and how to join.

Support for your next steps.
Balancing nursery hours, school, childcare and your career plans can take a lot of energy. We include your available time and responsibilities in our planning. Your daily life does not have to be perfectly organised before you get started.
After a family break.
Build on your strengths.
Wondering what you can offer professionally or which path suits you? We make your experience visible, discuss suitable working arrangements and plan steps towards applications, returning to work or self-employment.
Together, we discuss suitable appointments, realistic steps and time to talk with as few interruptions as possible. If childcare is difficult or something unexpected comes up, please tell me. For AVGS-funded coaching, arrangements must meet the binding requirements of the programme.

AVGS for women:
Could you receive funding?
An AVGS may make funding possible. Eligibility for you and your chosen coaching must be clarified in advance. The Employment Agency or Jobcenter decides on funding. Covered costs require a suitable voucher and written approval before coaching begins. Without funding, we clarify any fees before you commission coaching.
Questions about coaching for women
Do I need to know exactly what I want?
No. An initial idea or a wish for change is enough to start a conversation. Together, we clarify what matters to you and which next steps could be useful.
Can I get in touch without an AVGS?
Yes. The initial consultation is free and available without a voucher. We clarify whether funding may be an option and what to discuss with your Employment Agency or Jobcenter.
Can coaching fit around family and daily life?
Coaching takes place online. We discuss appointments and the amount of coaching in advance, taking your situation and any programme requirements into account.
I am already self-employed. Is this right for me?
